Ticket Sales Organization and General Terms and Conditions

By using the Rallyestonia.ee environment and purchasing rally passes, the customer confirms their agreement with the terms of use of the environment and other information made available to the customer.

By using the environment, the user confirms that all data submitted and confirmations given are correct; that they are a fully capable natural person (at least 18 years old) or have all the rights and authorizations necessary to order services on behalf of the user. The correctness of the above confirmations is presumed, and Estonian Autosport Events MTÜ (the organizer of Rally Estonia) is not obliged to verify them.

  1. WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026 passes are sold in the Rally Estonia e-store at rallyestonia.ee and in the Piletitasku e-store.
  2. When making a purchase in the WRC Delfi Rally Estonia e-store, the user must familiarize themselves with the Rally Estonia e-store's organization and general terms, privacy information, and behavior and safety rules.
  3. WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026 passes are digital (except VIP passes and Fan Pass) and there are no wristbands. Consumers can purchase a suitable pass in the rallyestonia.ee e-store.
  4. Each WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026 pass sold in the e-store has a description and the corresponding access rights that the rally pass allows.
  5. Copying, redesigning, and reselling Rally Estonia passes is prohibited. The unique ticket code grants access to one person; other persons trying to enter with the same code will not be admitted to the event. If a violation is detected, the organizer has the right to cancel access to the relevant rally pass. The original buyer of the ticket is responsible for any misuse of the pass.
  6. Rally Estonia is not responsible for any damages resulting from third parties obtaining the ticket, including damages arising from an incorrect email address or automatic forwarding of the buyer’s email address.
  7. RALLY PASS is a digital pass and grants access to all spectator areas on all event days (except VIP areas).
  8. FAN PASS is a physical pass that comes with a specially designed lanyard. The organizer will begin courier delivery of lanyards on 30.11.2025.
  9. VIP PASS is a physical pass based on a VIP wristband which grants access to all WRC Delfi Rally Estonia VIP areas on all event days (including regular spectator areas).
  10. Purchasing an adult VIP PASS (3-day VIP and day passes) includes a VIP car sticker, which grants access to VIP parking areas. The Kids and Junior VIP passes do not include a car sticker.
  11. The organizer will begin courier delivery of VIP wristbands to buyers no later than 01.03.2026. Delivery is done via Omniva courier service. Please note that Omniva package arrival notifications cannot be sent to foreign phone numbers; in such cases, the recipient will be notified by email.
  12. One companion of a person in a wheelchair is guaranteed free entry.
  13. Please note that it is not possible to enter WRC Rally Estonia spectator areas without a pass, except for one companion of a person in a wheelchair (1).
  14. By purchasing a rally pass, you agree to share your personal data (name, phone number, email address, country of residence, and, if necessary, personal identification code) with the Rally Estonia organizer and, if necessary, with the Health Board. Other information regarding the processing of personal data can be found on the official Rally Estonia website.
  15. Access to spectator and parking areas is only possible through designated entry points.
  16. It is not possible to watch the rally without a rally pass. Ignoring this request may endanger the event.
  17. Parking of vehicles is only permitted in parking areas designated by the organizers. To ensure the smooth running of the event and to reduce traffic congestion, we ask that groups, where possible, come in one vehicle to reduce the total number of cars.
  18. To ensure the safety of all Rally Estonia visitors, Rally Estonia has established behavior and safety rules that are mandatory for all visitors to the Rally Estonia event. You can read the Rally Estonia behavior and safety rules HERE.
  19. Be prepared that depending on the coronavirus infection rates, the Health Board may impose additional conditions, which may result in the organizer making changes to the event or access to event passes.
  20. The organizer has the right, based on orders from state authorities or other applicable requirements or recommendations, to make changes regarding event passes, event areas, the program, or other circumstances of the event at their best discretion. Where possible, buyers will be notified of changes in advance. The buyer is not entitled to a refund or price reduction due to such changes, provided the organizer has enabled the buyer to attend the event.
  21. If the organizer is required to cancel the event due to orders from authorities, other applicable requirements, or force majeure, ticket refunds will be made within 30 days of public notification of the event's cancellation. Ticket refunds will be made in the order of ticket purchase, i.e., the earliest paid tickets will be refunded first.
  22. The organizer draws attention to the fact that filming, recording, and photographing may take place before, during, and after the event, and by entering the event venue, each person agrees to the unlimited use of their appearance, image, voice, name, and likeness in WRC Promoter and Rally Estonia photo and video materials.
