Those arriving by car have free secure parking in a cooler underground garage. The 29 m2 guest apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has a double 160 cm wide bed, large mirrored wardrobe, TV (Telia), free high-speed WIFI, kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, Lavazza capsule coffee machine), dishes, washer-dryer, shower accessories, toilet towels. Sunbeds are on the spacious 14 m2 balcony. In addition, a fold-out armchair-bed for one child aged 2-12. A nice playground for children right next to the house.
Neighborhood: Near the apartment there are many attractions such as Aparaaditehas cafes, Tartu Cathedral, Tartu Observatory, V-Spa, AHHAA Science Center. Town Hall Square and Freedom Square are only 1.2 km away. Possibility to walk to the city center or rent city bikes or Bolt scooters. Electric car charging point is located at Era tn 2a, Alexela gas station, which is just opposite to the second entrance of the underground garage.
Tartu Airport is only 9 km away.

VIP parking in the underground garage is FREE in the heart of Tartu!
The Podium VIP area is an annual favorite among rally fans, traditionally located in the heart of Tartu, at Town Hall Square. The ceremonial opening and start podium of WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026, marking the spectacular beginning of the WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026 weekend, will take place on Thursday, 16 July at 18:00. The Podium VIP area at Tartu Town Hall Square features a multi-level grandstand offering VIP guests the best view of the opening podium and the events on stage – driver introductions, various performers, and a unique stage show. The VIP area also includes a food and drink tent with a wide selection of food and beverages; in addition to the options included in the VIP package, there is also an open bar. After the official opening ceremony of WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026, a demo drive will take place on Vabaduse Boulevard, right next to Town Hall Square, which all enthusiasts can enjoy. For a better demo drive experience, a separate viewing area is provided for VIP guests. The evening culminates with a spectacular concert at Town Hall Square, and the VIP area will remain open for guests until the end of the concert.
